- This cottage is completely furnished. There
are two bedrooms located upstairs. The master bedroom has
a king size bed and the other bedroom is furnished with two
twin beds. The sofa in the living room does open to a full
size bed. The cottage sleeps four privately, or six if needed.
There is a full bath with shower upstairs and a full bath
with tub shower downstairs.
- The
kitchen is equipped with all eating utensils, coffee pot,
microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a lobster pot!
- There is a full dining
area, living room with wood burning fireplace, sunroom with
a view of the ocean, and a fully screened porch.

- The cottage is heated and does not have air conditioning
as it is typically not needed.
- TV with cable, VCR, phone, various games, books and puzzles.
- Washer and dryer are available and all linens are provided
for your stay.
- Maid services are only available at arrival and departure.
